Eric Holcomb brings nearly 30 years of finance, accounting, and capital markets experience, including more than a decade leading investor relations programs for large publicly traded companies across the energy, industrial, and real estate sectors.

Previously, Eric held investor relations leadership roles at Howard Hughes Holdings and Kirby Corporation, where he enhanced investor communications, strengthened shareholder engagement, and expanded institutional ownership. In these roles, Eric redesigned and streamlined all investor materials—including earnings content, presentations, annual reports, and proxy statements—and he led the planning and execution of investor days and other major events. His work also included advancing ESG and sustainability initiatives and digital communications, such as website development and video content. At Kirby, he led an investor day recognized by Institutional Investor as a “Best Investor Day” in the transportation sector, and the company’s overall IR program ranked among the top three by buy side analysts.

Earlier in his career, Eric spent nearly 15 years at Baker Hughes, a global energy services company, where he held various finance leadership roles across the world. His experience included serving as Investor Relations Director and various regional finance director roles supporting multi-billion-dollar operations and partnering with operations to improve financial performance. He began his career at El Paso Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Eric earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He also holds the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) from the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and will soon serve as Treasurer on the Board of NIRI’s Houston chapter.

Outside of work, Eric serves on the Finance Committee at The Woodlands Methodist Church and is a regular volunteer on the church’s media team. He is also actively involved with Men’s Quest and Amigos Ministries in Honduras, engaging in and supporting home and church construction projects across the country.
