Kent Robertson

Kent Robertson is a corporate communications leader with more than two decades of experience at Fortune 500 companies. He has a proven track record of success in media relations, thought leadership, crisis communications, and issues management. He is a skilled communicator and strategist with a strong understanding of the public policy landscape.
Prior to joining DrivePath Advisors, Kent was the chief communications officer at Chevron Corporation, where he was responsible for developing and executing the company's enterprise narrative, advocacy, reputation, thought leadership, and executive visibility strategies. He managed communications for several acquisitions, a CEO transition, and high-stakes litigation while advancing key relationships with some of the world's most influential media outlets. As well, he served as the Chair of the American Petroleum Institute's Communications Committee.
Kent also brings utility industry experience to DrivePath, having held multiple public relations roles at Calpine Corporation, America's largest generator of electricity from natural gas and geothermal resources. Further, he represented the interests of the renewables sector during his time at the American Wind Energy Association.
A graduate of Colby College, Kent has a background in international relations and environmental studies. He is a highly motivated and results-oriented strategic partner who is passionate about using his skills and experience to help organizations communicate effectively and build strong relationships with their stakeholders.
